The Decisive Moment
Since I went to the Henri Cartier-Bresson exhibition at the Art Institute of Chicago last weekend, I think I would be a appropriate to post a photo heavily infulenced by HCB I took last October. If I can remember right, I took this as a feature photo to prove to my staff that you can find a feech anywhere anytime.

First Band Shots
I took a few pictures of a friend’s band last month. It was my first time doing band pics and they didn’t have time to leave their home studio so I had to make due with that location (leaving all my good C-U locations intact for later). I do not know the name of the band.

CU Cycling
While trying to get this shot, I quickly learned my camera was not stopping down correctly. For whatever reason that I may find out later, to get to f/16 or f/22, I had to tilt my camera vertically, hold down the DOF preview button, compose and shoot one shot – then reload.
If anyone knows what could be the problem, let me know. (I know it’s the camera, not the lenses)

Urbanarama
Again on our exploring campus walk, Brad and I went into Green Street Towers for the first time for either of us. This 26 image panorama was apparently too much for photoshop, so I had to manually line up the photos. It was a quick effort, I could do better, I swear.
You can click on the photo to see it twice as large.
