Commencement
I covered Graduation for the second straight year and again commencement signals the beginning of the Summer DI production.
The summer paper is tabloid instead of broadsheet, with a cover photo for each issue. As difficult as it is to shoot for the square format of a cover, it’s now even more difficult since the shape has changed to something similar to the state of Utah:

Summer Commences

Summer production is very relaxed. We are only publishing twice a week right now, I fear when that becomes 4 days a week in 4 weeks for summer session II. Also, today and tomorrow I will be going to three meetings to take photos. I’m excited at the challenge of getting different shots of terribly boring events. Also, I took two feeches today, something I’ve never done.
