ICPA – Fun Photos
This weekend I represented the Daily Illini and more importantly my photo staff at the Illinois College Press Association in downtown Chicago. While all the other editors sit in workshops and presentations, the photographers go out to the cold streets to try to get a stress filled photo for pride alone – a post on that coming next. Here are some photos from Friday that aren’t stress filled.
We spent the night at Billy Goat’s hanging out with alumni for many hours. It was pretty awesome.

Let’s Go to the Mall!
After the Nationals game Sunday, I spent some wonderful time with my mother on a stroll west from the US Capitol and the Supreme Court to the Lincoln Memorial. Some people decided to embarrass themselves on segways. Finished with a meal at the nicest college bar that makes Legend’s look like Kam’s and Kam’s like CO’s.

Chicago Sunrise
I booked a train from Chicago to Champaign for 8:15 this morning. My mom and sister were already going downtown for a road race, so I went down early and took photos for an hour on a meandering route from Grant Park to Union Station.
